Ridrs is a mobile application and platform designed to help motorcyclists discover routes, coordinate group rides, and connect with other riders. The Service includes features for route sharing, event planning, and community interaction.
RIDING MOTORCYCLES INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of routes, safety of locations, or reliability of other users. You assume all risks associated with motorcycle riding and participation in group events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridrs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from your use of the Service or participation in riding activities.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you post.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
